I've been taking pictures since grade school. I live and work in Hailey, Idaho, next to Sun Valley, where the mountains and rivers out the back door account for most of the photographs here. I shoot mostly with Sony Alpha gear and natural light, usually from a kayak, a raft, a bike, skis, or a board, and I still bring out medium format film and a 4x5 field camera for fine art work.
Trips farther afield are always in the works: sailing and ski touring in Alaska's Kenai Fjords, backpacking the Olympic Coast, ice climbing in Yellowstone, ski touring in the Canadian Rockies.
